What's the process?
1 - Estimate
We look at each piece of furniture and determine the labor and materials needed to do the job. Seeing photos or a piece of furniture in person allows us to know the extent of the work to be done. If you can't get a piece of furniture us call us and we'll come to you.
3 - Upholstery
Furniture can be dropped off or we can pick them up. Then we remove every staple, repair frames, tie springs, add padding, sew new patterns, and upholster. All done by real craftsman and all by hand.
2 - Down Payment
Once an estimate is approved, it's time to get the ball rolling. Saville's collects a down payment so materials can be ordered and a spot is secured in the work queue. We schedule pick up dates and take care of any last minute change orders that may come up after further thought on a project.
4 - Completion
Once a piece is completed we call and schedule a time for you to pick it up or to have Saville's deliver it to you. A final payment is made and you can enjoy a one of kind piece
